The Vane

With all the great fashion apps available on the market, it can be difficult to choose ones which are worth downloading. One of the questions I get regularly is "where do you seek fashion inspiration?" While there are few things in the world I love more than shifting through the fresh pages of a new Vogue or InStyle magazine, I have found lately I am more limited on time with work and volunteer obligations. One of the apps I have really come to covet for fashion inspiration on-the-go is The Vane.

The Vane was created by two fabulous working gals who regularly travel for work and play. I imagine we all know the difficulties of packing and choosing which items to stuff in our suitcases based on weather and temperature of our destination. One of my favorite features of The Vane is it incorporates both weather and fashion together, making it simple for you to plan for what to wear today or what to pack for your next trip.  In fact, with the "Plan for Trip" feature, The Vane will provide you with a list of packing essentials based on your travel location and dates AND incorporates your personal style selections in the process. Perfection if you ask me!

Additionally, the app is incredible easy to use. Uploading your photos to share with other readers is quick and easy with one click of the camera icon. I love shifting through styles and looks of others within the daily Newsfeed. It's a great tool I highly recommend!  You can download The Vane free via iTunes!
