This past weekend was so beautiful!  A perfect 75 and sunny Saturday.  Before the weather gets too cold, and the daylight dwindles, Shawn and I have been spending as much time outdoors as possible. He helps me so much with the blog, and other things, I really enjoy treating him to lunches over cocktails; we're always looking to explore new spots around town.  We recently found this fantastic outdoor brewery, SMYLIE Brothers in Evanston, just north of the city.  We stopped for the excellent view and a quick adult refreshment.  If you're in the area you absolutely must try the Apple Pear Salad and the Smokehouse Pizza.  They are absolutely divine!
