The dress of all dresses, y'all.  

This Baukjen houndstooth dress makes getting ready for the office just a little too easy.  It's thicker knit jersey material makes it the perfect fit for cooler weather without the need for other layers (at least for the time being!).  It's also very stylish layered with a black or red turtleneck. 

This time of year, if you're anything like me you also need a look that is equally chic and classy during the day as it is for the evening.  With holiday parties and cocktail hours happening regularly - either for the office or friends - I have been trying to invest in pieces that are versatile enough to take easily from the office to dinner.  With the simple change of boots into heels and the addition of great evening accessories - this dress is the perfect option for us women on the go!

I should also note, the dress is slightly longer on me as I am only 5.1"  I considered getting it altered, but after having it on I really liked the longer length.  If you're taller, the dress would be a great midi length as intended, as well.
