I recently purchased this dress for a blog event I'll be attending later this week and I honestly cannot express just how much I adore it.  When the temperatures drop, I always find it really difficult to find dresses I love that also have sleeves - this dress is the exception.  The fit and flare style is fun, flattering and flirty.  I think it will make for a fun dress as the holidays approach as well.  

The best part - it's currently 40% through the end of the day Monday, 10/13 AND it has pockets! You will not regret this purchase!  

Side note for all of my petite friends - the dress is sold in petites, but you will not need it!  The dress is definitely cut shorter (I purchased the misses 0, I'm only 5'1 on a really good day, and the dress still fell a good length above the knee).
