What's not to love about this fabulous H&M dress for less than $20? 
 
I had the opportunity to stop in the grand re-opening at the Gurnee Mills store which recently launched in the suburbs and completely fell in love with this dress.  The great pattern and ruffle details made it an immediate win in my book! And, again, for less than $20 who can deny it?
 
The dress itself comes with a fabric tie/belt at the waist, but I wanted to give the look a little extra something so I paired a gold bar belt to give it pop.  This belt is a great investment this time of year to pair with dresses and tops.  The gold detail really makes any look more festive and dressy.

    I'm not a colours girl. I'm also not a florals girl. But when I saw you wearing this dress in your instagram post last night, it was love at first sight. It's so absolutely perfect on you, especially paired with your OTK boots and that gorgeous wine-coloured bag. I think I may just need it in my life, too!

    This is exactly why I love H&M so much! They have such incredible pieces, for an even better price. The dress looks fantastic on you, but because it's not a "basic," I wouldn't want to spend a ton of money on a piece like that.
