Before I get started on this incredible Lotus Look Palm Springs Maxi Dress, I want to take another moment to apologize for the lack of presence last week on the blog.  Last week Shawn and I traveled out of town on vacation and desperately tried to ensure there was great content up for you while we were away, but the week prior was completely consumed by work and life and the reality of scheduling posts was an epic failure. This week, however, we are back and have some many great topics to bring you over the next few weeks!  I hope you enjoy. 

Shawn and I had the most incredible time last week with friends in Tucson.  It was exactly what the doctor ordered for us both.  The weather was absolutely impeccable in the solid 80's and 90's each day and the resort was perfection.  Thank you to all of you who followed along on Instagram!  

If you follow the blog regularly, then we have discussed before the desire to find great items that are unique and beautiful.  Before I left for the trip I wanted to make sure the items I took on the trip were just that - unique - but also comfortable, versatile and stunning.  When I came across this Palm Springs Maxi I knew it was a MUST and boy was I right.  It's now one of my absolute favorite dresses which is perfect for an upcoming wedding, multiple showers, and even summer date nights!  And for less than $140 it's a win, win!
