Vacation Essentials || Vol. 1

With the temperatures in the negatives here in Chicago, all I can think about as of late is our vacation coming up here at the end of March. Yep, just 30 days and I'm checking off each day on the calendar as we get closer and closer.  I. Can. Not. Wait. 

Over the last few weeks, I have been shopping strategically for items I think are fitting both for vacation, but also a good foundation for my Spring/Summer style.  I have been searching for great deals, along with items I think are classic and versatile to get the most bang for my buck.  Below are just a few of the goods I'm super excited about packing!  I'll bring you another addition as I get closer to the trip as I have a couple of other looks in mind, but am waiting for the right sale! :)

As a side note, since my vacation to Mexico last Spring, I have only used colorful blankets as beach accessories versus your typical beach towel.  Not only are they much larger, but they the bright colors just bring a natural smile to my face.  Oh, and they're a total conversation starter :)
