Weekend Style: The Sexy Boyfriend Denim

It's Friday, y'all!  And I say we just make the celebration together a weekly ritual, yes?  So, can I get a double 'hands in the air' if you're ready to kick off the weekend?  Me, me!!  

And what's a better way to style your weekend than with a great pair of distressed denim?  As much as you all know, I love a great midi or maxi skirt/dress, but the honest to God truth is I spend the majority of my weekends dressed round the clock in either denim shorts or jeans.  And, if you're a follower of the blog, you know my go-to destination for denim has always been, and will likely always be, Gap brands (evidence by this post and this).  

I have been shopping the Gap, whether it be Factory, online or retail stores, since I was in high school.  I'm a long-time, loyal shopper for their extensive style offerings, comfortable fit, varying lengths (they offer 'short' and for us for us petite gals this is key!) and exceptional price points.  This particular style sexy boyfriend fit jeans from Gap Factory are less than $30!  What's not to love, am I right? 

Last weekend, for a quick trip to Indianapolis to visit the Baun fan, I dressed my denim up with a simple striped tee and colorful ankle strap heels for date night with Shawn.  Earlier in the day, I wore the same jeans with a simple graphic tee and flat sandals.
